本全自動九槽超聲波清洗機(ji)電控部分均采用進口優質件,性能可靠,設備具有清洗速度快、生產效率高、外形美觀、清洗效果好、使(shi)用方便(bian)、節能節水,結構合理、使用壽命長等特點,是理想的精密工件處理清洗設備。
1、九槽全自(zi)動(dong)不銹鋼清(qing)洗(xi)機體
按清洗工藝設置為九槽。預洗、超聲、液下噴射槽均設置有水泵、過濾器循環過濾系統、貯液箱,1~7槽設置有電加熱及自動溫度控制、數字式顯示儀表,三個超聲槽配置有超聲震板(換能器),脫水槽設置有加熱裝置,自動溫度控制,風泵,熱風循環管道。全自動清洗機固定在底座(包括機械手)上。各槽均設置有排水管道系統,便于循環過濾和排放各槽清洗液。
2、超聲波換能器、發生器

機(ji)械(xie)手(shou)經日本三菱PLC、變頻調速(su)(su)器(qi)、非接觸(無(wu)觸點(dian))傳感器(qi)和公司開發的功(gong)能(neng)強大、智能(neng)化程(cheng)控軟件為(wei)自動(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)核心系統(tong)(tong),意大利名牌剎車電機、減速(su)(su)器(qi)、鏈(lian)(lian)輪鏈(lian)(lian)條為(wei)縱、橫向運(yun)動(dong)(dong)傳動(dong)(dong)系統(tong)(tong)及(ji)縱、橫向運(yun)動(dong)(dong)機構組成。機械手控制(zhi)程(cheng)序包括如下功(gong)能(neng):
3-1運(yun)行(xing)方式選擇(ze):分(fen)為“手(shou)動”、“復位”、“自(zi)動”三種:
“手(shou)(shou)動(dong)(dong)”運行方式——是指(zhi)人工(gong)手(shou)(shou)動(dong)(dong)操作機械(xie)手(shou)(shou)上下左(zuo)右運動(dong)(dong),一般用于調試機械(xie)手(shou)(shou)工(gong)作狀態和定(ding)位位置。
“復(fu)位”運行方式——是指(zhi)在運用“自(zi)動”運行方式之前將機械手(shou)從任意(yi)位置(zhi)自(zi)動復(fu)位至(zhi)原位,一(yi)般定義上料工位下部為原位。
“自(zi)動”運(yun)行(xing)方式——是(shi)機械手(shou)的主要工(gong)作(zuo)方式,在“自(zi)動”運(yun)行(xing)方式下,啟(qi)動機械手(shou)后按預定(ding)程序周而復始連續進行(xing)自(zi)動化清(qing)洗操(cao)作(zuo)。
3-2?運行操作按(an)鈕(niu):設置“復位”、“暫(zan)停”、“啟動”三個按(an)鈕(niu):
“復(fu)(fu)位(wei)”——運(yun)行方式(shi)選擇“復(fu)(fu)位(wei)”后(hou)(hou),按“復(fu)(fu)位(wei)”啟動按鈕,運(yun)行復(fu)(fu)位(wei)程序,機(ji)械手從(cong)任(ren)意位(wei)置向原位(wei)復(fu)(fu)位(wei),或復(fu)(fu)位(wei)過程中暫(zan)停后(hou)(hou),重新啟動復(fu)(fu)位(wei)程序,直至復(fu)(fu)位(wei)完成。
“暫(zan)停”——在復(fu)位(wei)和自動(dong)程序過(guo)程中,按(an)“暫(zan)停”按(an)鈕機械手中斷運行程序。
“自(zi)(zi)動(dong)”—復(fu)位后將(jiang)運行(xing)方式選擇(ze)“自(zi)(zi)動(dong)”擋,按(an)“啟(qi)動(dong)”按(an)鈕(niu),機械(xie)(xie)手(shou)開(kai)始執(zhi)行(xing)連續自(zi)(zi)動(dong)程(cheng)序,機械(xie)(xie)手(shou)進行(xing)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)清洗(xi)操作,或者是在(zai)“暫(zan)停”后按(an)“啟(qi)動(dong)”按(an)鈕(niu),機械(xie)(xie)手(shou)從暫(zan)停中斷(duan)處繼續執(zhi)行(xing)“自(zi)(zi)動(dong)”程(cheng)序。
3-3手動操作按鈕:設置手動分別控(kong)制機械手上下左(zuo)右運動。
3-3-1“復位”程序的步序和功能(neng):
“復(fu)位(wei)(wei)”是進行自(zi)動(dong)(dong)程序(xu)前必(bi)須完成的(de)程序(xu),使機(ji)械手從任(ren)意(yi)位(wei)(wei)置回到等待(dai)開始(shi)“自(zi)動(dong)(dong)”程序(xu)的(de)原始(shi)位(wei)(wei)置。啟動(dong)(dong)復(fu)位(wei)(wei)程序(xu),機(ji)械手先上(shang)行,然后橫移至上(shang)料(liao)工位(wei)(wei),判斷上(shang)料(liao)工位(wei)(wei)有(you)無(wu)清洗籃,有(you)則停在上(shang)料(liao)工位(wei)(wei)上(shang)方,報警20秒,提示拿去洗籃吊(diao)臂自(zi)動(dong)(dong)下(xia)(xia)行,無(wu)則直接下(xia)(xia)行于(yu)上(shang)料(liao)工位(wei)(wei)下(xia)(xia)方。
“復位(wei)”過程(cheng)(cheng)中可(ke)按“暫停”按鈕(niu)中斷(duan)復位(wei)程(cheng)(cheng)序,再(zai)按“復位(wei)”啟動按鈕(niu)則從(cong)程(cheng)(cheng)序中斷(duan)處(chu)繼(ji)續執行復位(wei)程(cheng)(cheng)序。
4、全自動(dong)鐵路(lu)車輛軸承(cheng)超聲波清洗機系統(tong)的自動(dong)程序(xu)功能:

4-1連續步進動(dong)作——機械手每循環一(yi)周(zhou)(zhou),洗(xi)出一(yi)籃工件,同(tong)時(shi)把(ba)所有的清(qing)洗(xi)籃往下一(yi)道(dao)清(qing)洗(xi)工序(槽)搬運(yun)一(yi)次(ci),連續循環周(zhou)(zhou)期完成超聲波自(zi)動(dong)清(qing)洗(xi)作業過程。
4-2變頻調速(su)(su)和(he)自動(dong)轉(zhuan)換(huan)——為提高效率和(he)縮短循(xun)環周(zhou)期,機械手設置慢(man)、快兩種速(su)(su)度運(yun)行,快速(su)(su)用于無負(fu)載(zai)空運(yun)行,慢(man)速(su)(su)用于重載(zai)和(he)接近定位位置時避免制(zhi)動(dong)慣性影響準確定位。快慢(man)速(su)(su)由(you)變頻調速(su)(su)器設定,由(you)PLC和(he)程(cheng)序控制(zhi)實現(xian)轉(zhuan)換(huan)。
4-3智能(neng)檢測(ce)(ce)、判斷、報警——下料(liao)工(gong)位(wei)已(yi)洗凈(jing)的(de)(de)工(gong)件和(he)(he)洗籃不及時送(song)走和(he)(he)上料(liao)工(gong)位(wei)無待洗的(de)(de)工(gong)件和(he)(he)洗籃、下料(liao)工(gong)位(wei)無送(song)到(dao)位(wei)的(de)(de)工(gong)裝墊板(ban),均屬于“自(zi)動”作業過(guo)程中的(de)(de)不正常(chang)現象,程序(xu)通過(guo)檢測(ce)(ce)、判斷并發出聲光(guang)報警,提示(shi)操作者(zhe),操作者(zhe)排除不正常(chang)狀態后(hou),機械手延時20秒(miao)后(hou)自(zi)動繼(ji)續(xu)執行程序(xu)。
4-4循(xun)環周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)調整(zheng)——該超聲(sheng)波系統(tong)基本循(xun)環周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)是4~5min,有時(shi)(shi)(shi)工件污物多(duo)且附著(zhu)力強,需適當增加(jia)超聲(sheng)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間,可通過外置(zhi)10 min定時(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)調節機械手循(xun)環周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi),設外置(zhi)定時(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)設置(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間T分鐘,則循(xun)環周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)為(4~5)+T min?。
4-5墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)提(ti)升機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)自控(kong)功能(neng)——墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)提(ti)升機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)料倉中每(mei)次可疊裝12塊(kuai)工裝墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),機(ji)(ji)械(xie)手每(mei)循環(huan)一(yi)(yi)次,墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)自動(dong)提(ti)升一(yi)(yi)塊(kuai)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)并(bing)推送到(dao)下(xia)料工位(wei)準確定(ding)位(wei)。等待(dai)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)手從工序最后一(yi)(yi)槽提(ti)出(chu)洗(xi)凈工件、洗(xi)籃(lan)放(fang)在墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上。當12塊(kuai)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)提(ti)升、推送完畢,提(ti)升機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)自動(dong)下(xia)降(jiang)到(dao)最低位(wei)置,并(bing)聲光報訊提(ti)示(shi)操作者將(jiang)新(xin)一(yi)(yi)輪12塊(kuai)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)疊放(fang)入料倉。操作者按墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)啟動(dong)按鈕(niu),墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)重新(xin)開(kai)始配合機(ji)(ji)械(xie)手每(mei)個循環(huan)周期自動(dong)提(ti)升、推送一(yi)(yi)塊(kuai)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)到(dao)下(xia)料工位(wei)。
4-6暫(zan)停和重新(xin)啟動功能——在自動程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)執行(xing)過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)的任意時刻(ke),都可(ke)以按“暫(zan)停”按鈕(niu)中(zhong)斷步進(jin)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)。再按“啟動”按鈕(niu),機械手(shou)從(cong)步進(jin)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)中(zhong)斷處繼續(xu)執行(xing)自動程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)。
4-7電(dian)機(ji)互鎖(suo)功能——縱(zong)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、橫向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)剎車電(dian)機(ji)在工作過(guo)程(cheng)中頻繁(fan)正(zheng)、反轉,和(he)縱(zong)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、橫向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)頻繁(fan)交替運(yun)(yun)行。為保證機(ji)械手安全、可靠運(yun)(yun)行,在自動程(cheng)序中加入了PLC電(dian)腦控(kong)制的兩臺剎車電(dian)機(ji)的正(zheng)反轉互鎖(suo)和(he)縱(zong)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、橫向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)運(yun)(yun)行互鎖(suo)。
