1、鐵道行業客車空調(diao)換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)專用超(chao)聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是為鐵路客車空調(diao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)各種型號(hao)、規(gui)格(ge)的換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)專門設計的超(chao)聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)型。不(bu)銹鋼清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽內(nei)兩端側(ce)板(ban)上部焊(han)有雙(shuang)排(pai)(pai)導(dao)向板(ban)和清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)筐定(ding)位(wei)V形(xing)托架(jia),換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)側(ce)臥(wo)式裝載在(zai)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)框架(jia)內(nei),通過V形(xing)定(ding)位(wei)件(jian)懸掛在(zai)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行超(chao)聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。可以(yi)同(tong)時清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)兩排(pai)(pai)換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)或者(zhe)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi),后排(pai)(pai)進(jin)(jin)行超(chao)聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),前排(pai)(pai)作為預洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。
槽體(ti)外壁中部四周加焊加強筋(jin),槽體(ti)左右板上(shang)部開有(you)溢水(shui)口(kou),多余(yu)的清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)液和(he)液面浮(fu)污可以通(tong)過(guo)溢水(shui)口(kou)排(pai)出。槽內(nei)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)液可通(tong)過(guo)右槽底的兩個(ge)排(pai)水(shui)口(kou)和(he)大流(liu)量球閥排(pai)放。清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)槽后(hou)上(shang)部設(she)置有(you)進(jin)水(shui)口(kou),軟管連接(jie)市水(shui)水(shui)源(yuan)補充槽內(nei)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)液。七組側震式超(chao)聲(sheng)波換能器固定安裝在清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)槽后(hou)外槽壁上(shang),高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)電纜從槽體(ti)下部引出并連接(jie)到電控柜超(chao)聲(sheng)波發(fa)生器高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)插座(zuo)。清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)機配置高(gao)壓、大流(liu)量水(shui)泵和(he)高(gao)壓水(shui)槍可對工件進(jin)行輔助高(gao)壓沖洗(xi)(xi)。
2、整機組成部分及結(jie)構:
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
