1、鐵(tie)道(dao)行(xing)業客(ke)車空調(diao)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蒸發器(qi)(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)用超(chao)聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)是為鐵(tie)路客(ke)車空調(diao)機(ji)組各種(zhong)型號、規(gui)格的換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蒸發器(qi)(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)門設計的超(chao)聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)型。不(bu)銹鋼清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)內兩(liang)端側板上(shang)部焊有雙排(pai)(pai)導向板和清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)筐定位(wei)V形托架,換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蒸發器(qi)(qi)(qi)側臥式裝載在清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)框架內,通過V形定位(wei)件懸掛在清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)內進行(xing)超(chao)聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。可以同時清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)兩(liang)排(pai)(pai)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)或者蒸發器(qi)(qi)(qi),后排(pai)(pai)進行(xing)超(chao)聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),前排(pai)(pai)作(zuo)為預洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。
槽(cao)(cao)(cao)體外壁中(zhong)部(bu)四周加(jia)(jia)焊加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)筋,槽(cao)(cao)(cao)體左右板上部(bu)開有(you)溢(yi)(yi)水口,多余的(de)清(qing)洗(xi)液(ye)和液(ye)面浮污可(ke)以(yi)通過溢(yi)(yi)水口排(pai)(pai)出。槽(cao)(cao)(cao)內(nei)清(qing)洗(xi)液(ye)可(ke)通過右槽(cao)(cao)(cao)底(di)的(de)兩個(ge)排(pai)(pai)水口和大(da)流量球閥排(pai)(pai)放(fang)。清(qing)洗(xi)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)后(hou)上部(bu)設置(zhi)有(you)進水口,軟(ruan)管連接市水水源補充槽(cao)(cao)(cao)內(nei)清(qing)洗(xi)液(ye)。七組側(ce)震式超聲波(bo)換能器固(gu)定安裝在清(qing)洗(xi)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)后(hou)外槽(cao)(cao)(cao)壁上,高(gao)(gao)(gao)頻(pin)電纜從(cong)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)體下部(bu)引(yin)出并連接到(dao)電控(kong)柜超聲波(bo)發生(sheng)器高(gao)(gao)(gao)頻(pin)插座。清(qing)洗(xi)機(ji)配置(zhi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)、大(da)流量水泵和高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)水槍可(ke)對(dui)工件進行(xing)輔助高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)沖洗(xi)。
2、整機組成部分及(ji)結構:
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
